Joints Cracking?

Question
Hello,

I noticed (the past 2-3 weeks) that I get more "cracking" noises coming from my wrists and ankles and sometimes shoulder-area? I'm almost 25, fit and have not had this before. I can be rotating my wrists and I can feel this slight sound (barely hear it) and sometimes when I bend or move the wrist a certain way, I heard a crack? Is there any way to minimize this? I have no pain or discomfort just that cracking noise.

Eva

Answer
Eva,
Nope not at whole lot you can do..some people's joint crack and pop more than others...some of it occurs as we age and some of it is genetics..but almost always it's normal. Don't buy supplements etc..it will not help. If it is ever associated with loss of range of motion and pain..then yes of course get it checked out.
