Hello. I am 18 and I have been having this dull throbbing ache in my lower left arm that just goes on and off. I have not been doing any strenuous activities; just sitting at my PC all day. I wonder if it is anything serious to be worried about. Thanks for your time!

Worry doesn't accomplish much.

Keyboarding?  All day?  That's a repetitive motion that conditions the muscles of the forearm to be ready to contract at a moment's notice.  Tight muscles:  throbbing.
