what would cause my arches to swell?how would i fix it?

The arch muscle is a very unusual muscle. It does NOT stretch. When we stretch it, it swells and becomes painful.

If you are in pain, you need to see a Podiatrist for shots to stop the pain. Time and exercise will NOT get rid of either.

Also, buy thru the internet plastic arch supports to wear in shoes. They help hold up the arch so the muscle does not have to work as hard.
