i have a severe burning in my arch and first three toes after spinal fusion s1 to L4.is this due to my surgery? its been 1 month since surgery

Hi Jon,

Yes it is, you need to get therapeutic ultrasound over the incision to break up and minimize further scar tissue proliferation. This is a relentless process and will keep growing like a tumor unless aggressive steps are taken. Unfortunately many surgeons cut and run with little or no follow up in this regard. Confront your surgeon regarding this well known fact to get a prescription for this ASAP.

If caught and treated in time, and you still have plenty, symptoms will decrease in a few weeks. If there is any metal left in you, cold laser will do the job since Ultrasound is contraindicated over metal.
