Question
I'm just getting over a bad cough and cold (barky/seal type) still experience the stuffy nose NOW I'm have this pulsating pain in my throat, I can't explain feel like a earache, toothache, I don't have problems swallowing (a like redness) in throat. What is causing this awful pain? and what can I take?

Answer
It could be muscle spasms in your throat.

If they don't clear up in a few days, I would do a movement called "Spine Waves" to quiet the muscles down.

The movement is found in a movement education program called, "The Five-Pointed Star," found at somatics.com/page7.htm.

I don't know of anything you could take that would cause those muscles to quiet down.
