Answer -
Hello and thanks for writing,

We can't really diagnose anything over the internet so I suggest you see a physician for a proper examination as this could be a serious condition.

It sounds like Cellulitis at first, which would require immediate treatment with the proper Antibiotics, but it wouldn't 'get better with elevation' so I'm left thinking you have a cirulatory compromise - regardless, you do need to have it seen by a doctor before it gets worse.

Sorry I can't be more help.

Wishing you good health,

Margot

Answer
I doubt Seafood is the cause. Although Seafood is a common allergen, the typical symptoms of an allergic reaction to Seafood is Hives and Shortness of Breath - these can be very serious allergies.

If you want to know for sure, you should go to a Dermatologist for Allergy testing - it's really the only way to find out for sure.

I still think you have a cirulatory problem - only an examination with a qualified phsyician will tell you for sure. You really don't want to mess aroun d with these things - I strongly recommend you be examined before it gets worse or you experience serious complications.

All the best,

Margot
