Question
I had a child by c section almost three years ago and had an epidural done to my spine. About six months later I started to get uncontrollable back pain but if i stood in the shower to relax the muscles my back would start to feel better. This went on for a year but only happend about once ever three months until i had my second child. After my second was born and I had him naturally my back has been in complete chronic pain. I deal with it daily. I was up to taking 14 ibuprophen a day and it isn't getting better. The only thing is that i am getting better at managing the signs and know when to catch it early. I have been to a chiropractor and after numerous attemps he told me that there was nothing that he could do to make it better and that i must seek medical help. I sought medical help and my doctor told me that it happens alot and to go to the park and hang off the monkey bars, and eventually after years go by it will get better. I have been dealing with this for almost three years and i am worried that i am going to burn out my kidneys and want to kind a way to deal with this pain and not mask it with the drugs. is there anything that you can suggest?
