Question
Hello, I am a 27 yr old female, I recently developed what I initially thought was a small rash, and in two days it changed so much that i thought I had been bitten by a bug and had an infection.  I went to the doctors and was told I have shingles, I have been on Valtrex for 2 days and this has helped greatly with the actual shingles on my "buttocks" on the right side.  Now I have a throbbing pain down my leg, in the back. Worse when I sit, I have been taking Ibuprofen, but it's no longer helping.  Is this normal?

Answer
The disturbance in the geo rhythm might have  caused you this

problem. just smear Indian ayurvedic oil "PINDA THAILA"  to the

affected area in the night and do 3doem meditation for 5 minutes

twice a a day using 3d oem chart. you can find the 3d oem chart

in your local book store. more about 3d oem you can find at

http://www.3doem.com
