Hi,I feel headache after 3-4 hours of studding and after that headache i feel like i can't memorize any more information
is there a solution for that(i'm in medical collage and i need to study for longer time)

Headaches may come from eyestrain, neck tension, or emotional stress -- all of which may occur during college!

The solution is to alleviate the strain.
