Question
Hello, I'm Zeke. I was in a really bad car wreck two years ago. I have chronic myofascial pain syndrome. Since the wreck, I have never had a pain free day. I have seen so many doctors for the pain. They all just "beat around the bush" They have tried so many meds for it. I have been on Lyrica, Topamax, Elavil, Dolobid, Nortriptyline, Ultram, and Flexeril. The antidepressants make me flip out because I'm bipolar. NONE of the other drugs helped! I'm on Norflex now, it helps a little bit. I have been threw two years of physical therapy. My insurance won't pay for it anymore. Well, to be honest, It didn't really help. I have had a ton of trigger point injections. I have tried a TENS unit. Is there some way to kill the nerves that are causing the pain? Nothing seems to get me out of pain or get me to an "okay pain level" my pain level is about a 8 out of a 10. The pain is so bad that I even cry sometimes! I don't want to take narcotics, because they make me very very sleepy, but I do take them when I have to. What else can I do? Is there some way to kill the nerves that are causing the pain? Is there a surgery that will help me? ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS? Please tell me, be honest! Is there something that can just help me be able to go threw day to day actives? Thank you for your time! Any answers will be highly appreciated!

Answer
The disturbance in the geo rhythm might have  caused you this problem. just smear Indian ayurvedic oil "PINDA THAILA"  to the affected area in the night and do 3doem meditation for 5 minutes twice a a day using 3d oem chart. you can find the 3d oem chart in your local book store. more about 3d oem you can find at http://www.3doem.com
