last year i suffered from frozen shoulder...and stiffness in my left shoulder,,,,it took over 12 months to improve,,,now i have a pulling sensation at base of neck and up under skull and the sides of my neck goes real tight and it cause my ears to ring and hurt...my muscles in my body feel stiff...i do not have arthritis my dr said,,,im 50 year old and dont know what to think...also my legs hurt and go numb or weak if i sit with them daNGLING TOO LONG AND MY BUTT HURTS
i did have aproblem with siatica A FEW YEARS AGO
i went through menopause AT 37 years old...what can i do to help my body and what tests should i have to work out why this is happening
my neck makes a grating noise wheni move it if I have held it in one position for awhile also i have this stringy tendon or something on my left shoulder that pulls up to left ear..its only on one side and stickS out norticeably if i tighten my shoulders...MY MUSCLES feel tight and rigid annd yet i walk for 2 hours every night....my butt and down my legs feel parched and pulled.is there any way i can build myself up again or am i just too old

    Hey, you are never to old!  The most benefit may come from Chiropractic care.  You want to find a doctor who specializes in sports injury that performs myofascial therapy (works on the muscles,tendons,etc).  Adjusting the spine or joints that are limited, working on the muscles, and making sure you have enough calcium and magnesium in your diet should make a dramatic difference.  Also doctor's of Chiropractic will perform an intensive exam to determine what the cause may be...nerve impingement, disc, etc.
