Dear Sir ,

I am suffering from eye twitching and etching on face and arms with burning sensation.I went to nearby doctor and he prescribed Neurobion tablets and it worked for some time but again after discontinuing the same thing happening again.Let me state that i met an accident four yesrs back where my cervical spine C3 in neck got fractured and i used neck belt for few months and did scan few times and till now i never had a problem.You are requested to advice on subject matter.

Dear Mohammed,

It is my understanding that Neurobion tablets are vitamin tablets... primarily of the B complex variety.  If they are successful, why stop?  There is nothing in them that is harmful.  Twitching could be simply related to B complex vitamin deficiency.

If you have one available, then a neurologist should be consulted to rule out any other neurological diseases.

I doubt that the symptoms are related to the injury that you sustained in the motor vehicle accident, because if the fracture was such in the neck as to cause neurological tissue compression, you would not have been released with a simple neck brace.  It is very likely that you would have required surgical fusion of the Cervical spine.

In conclussion:  Continue with the B complex vitamins.  See a neurologist to rule out neurological disease, if still concerned.

I hope that this at least gives you some direction.  Please understand that it is impossible to diagnose and treat over the internet, but I can give some general advise.
