How can chiripractor help and can it make it worse
9/26 9:01:05

Question
Periodically my torso gets crooked i.e. my lower
body and upper body is out of alignment. It might happen after a gym workout and usually corrects
within 48 hours - this time it't been 5 days. It's
not too painful but my ability to move around is
limited.  What would a chiropractor do and could they somehow make it worse?

Answer
Marc,

Thanks for the question.

This type of problem is exactly what chiropractic was originally designed to correct.  If there is indeed misalignment present, the quickest and most effective method of correction is chiropractic care.

A good chiropractor will perform a thorough examination and determine proper care.  Once this is done, treatment will correct the problem, not make it worse.
