Question
my daughter has just recovered from disc prolapse. is it advisable to again join her taekwondo classes?

Answer
Hello Nitya,

I am sorry to hear of your daughter's condition.

First- in person, 'hands on' examination, evaluation is the BEST way to answer you.  See your local Doctor of Chiropractic for a better answer to this.

".....is it advisable to again join her taekwondo classes?...."
She has 'just recovered'?- from this distance- I would say:
No Return.  Do a different exercise regimen.  Do a predictable exercise procedure.  Lift weights, ride a bike, walk a treadmill; be conservative in the return to activity.  Going into a quick moving, unpredictable movement, possible contact endeavour such as Tae Kwon Do would not be my recommendation.

Again see your chiropractic doctor who handles this problem every day.

I wish you and your daughter good luck and good health.

THANK YOU for the question! and if further information is needed,,,
