Question
What could be causing the above symptoms with both knees and left foot being cold to the touch. I have trouble sleeping at night, but if I put on my pajamas I can stay warm enough to sleep comfortably.

Answer
John,
It sounds like you may have an Upper Cervical Subluxation with likely misalignments in the lower spine as well.  Have you been to an Upper Cervical Chiropractor?  I would highly suggest that you go and get checked out.  An Upper Cervical Subluxation is basically the upper two spinal bones being in the wrong position and this puts pressure on the brainstem and can literally cause any condition known.  What usually accompanies this upper cervical injury, is the spinal vertebrae below being misaligned as a result of folowing the top, when that happens, you can then have even more symptoms.
Traditional MD's are not trained at all in this area, so unless you have been to an upper cervical specialist, you probably never even heard about this.  It is a little known health secret that has helped thousands of people with all kinds of abnormal health expressions.
If you would like me to recommend a doctor to you, send me your town and state and I will find someone for you.  Keep in mind that there are usually only about 2 per state so you may have to travel a little, but it is certainly worth it to get well.
