Question
For the past six or seven months I have had pain on the right side of my body.  I have swelling on the right side of my back at the shoulder blade - it feels like a lump in there and it even hurts when I breathe.  My right forearm muscles are ropey and painful and my elbow is sore. It is hard to do daily chores like vacuuming and typing. My right hip is painful when I stretch it.  After sitting for several minutes I have pain in my calves, heels and bottom of feet and it is hard to walk - It feels like the muscles and tendons have shrunk up. I also have pain in my right eye - it hurts to move my eye and I get severe pains at my right temple that last only for a couple of seconds but double me over they are so painful - these pains occur about three times a week.  The entire right side of my neck and shoulder are very tight the chiropractor even mentioned that the muscles on that side were larger than the left side.  I have been seeing a chiropractor for over a month but I have had no relief.

Answer
First, let me apologize for the lateness of my reply; I was on vacation and forgot to set an away message.  Are you having any types of therapies done, ie. ultrasound, electric stim.?  The muscle issues need to be addressed for the adjustment to take.  Myofascial release is another avenue that may need to be explored
