Question
Hi i was took in hospital about 5 years ago with severe head aches and  neck pain and severe vomiting the hospital said at first i was having cluster headaches . I had a lot of tests from a lumber puncture to neck scan. Then the hospital told me i have a curve in my spine in my neck. Due to personal reasons going on in my life i never kept appointments , now im in pain every day with my neck, headaches and feel very nauseated . i now have pains shooting from the back of my neck to the front of my head and shooting pains in my arms down to my hand it feels stiff but also like hot pokers . I would really appreciate some answers to my questions. thankyou.

Answer
your headaches are tension headaches caused by increased muscular tension in the back of the neck. this can cause vomiting and headaches. you need to work on getting the proper curve back in your neck. you should be sleeping with a cervical pillow to help. You should also buy a posture pump online and use it everyday. It can takes years to get the lordosis curve back.
Your condition has progressed to the point that you now have a pinched nerve and this is why you have shooting pains in your arms.
you can go the medical route. they will give you physical therapy or muscle relaxers or some other medications and it will not fix the problem , just make you feel better.
The best thing to do is go see a reputable chiropractor in your area and remove nerve pressure and have the doc work on your lordosis curve.
good luck!
