Question
Hello,

I am a mother of 2. My son is 4 and my daughter is 5 months old. Since I had my son my pelvic shifted I was told by a physiotherapist. After 6 months of no results and no pain relieve I stopped going and have been living with the pain. I am so use to it now. My pain is all the muscles a long my spine that I cant touch or even get a massage. I have since then got cellulite but its not in my family and my hormone levels seem fine. Could there be a connection? My skin is always super tight, my legs and buttock are getting wrinkly...I did not wear short this summer. Please help me. I am so petite but I have saddle bags and my buttock is really round now...I have been on all the diets, go to the gym...cant lose the inches...could it be my pelvic problem? You see from my shoulders that they are uneven too.

Answer
Hi Nadine,

I wish that I could tell you that fixing the shifted pelvis will have some direct effect on cellulite.  But I can't.  While a Chiropractic doctor may help with nutrition/weight loss, Chiropractic per se will not have a direct effect.

Now the pelvic problem is highly likely to respong to Chiropractic care.  If that improves you should have less pain, better movement, posture and self image.  This can help overall.

Chiroweb.com is a good place to find local doctors.

Hope this helps a bit.

God bless, Dr Pendergraft
