Question
Hi there,

I have developed tennis elbow, golfers elbow, wrist pain and plantar fascitis all at the same time. I don't think it is a coincidence. Could there be an overlying condition causing this?

Thanks so much
Kind regards

Answer
the one thing all three conditions have in common are that they are a form of tendonitis. meaning, inflammation of the tendon. so, either you have a lot of inflammation systemically in your body or you played a lot of tennis and golf lately and overused the those joints. that's if you actually have those injuries/conditions. I can't say for sure that is your diagnosis. what makes you think that is the problem?
if it is really plantar fascitis: go to a good podiatrist and getcustom foot orthotics. or even better contact foot levelers (great orthotic company) that has much less expensive orthotics that are very high quality.
tennis elbow or golfers elbow: stop playing for a few weeks and try either over counter anti inflammatory (probably condition will return) or the best thing is cold laser therapy.
some chiropractors have cold laser and if you are lucky they will have the footlevelers machine to make you orthotics.
if you are located in ny then contact me.
