Question
Hello,
I am wondering, is it normal for someone to shrink 5 inches throughout the day?  I wake up in the morning at 5"11, but by the evening I have shrunk to 5"6.  I have measured myself accurately both morning and evening for several days and the pattern is always the same.  I am 16 years of age, have no bone/joint problems, no back pain, and I don't slouch.
Thank you ery much for your time,
From Marcus

Marcus:

Thanks for Writing!

This is NOT normal at your age.

The first thing to look at is DEHYDRATION.

How much water do you drink? Cola and coffee and juice drinks will only dehyrate you  further. One must drink filtered water, not tap water.

I would suggest you see a good chiropractor near you and have them check it out. Go to www.sorsi.com and/or www.icak-usa.com and see if you can find one near you.

Let me know how it goes.
