Question
Wondering if you can explain the following.  What should I ask my doctor?

1.  MRI results indicating "the spinal cord and craniocervical junctions are unremarkable."

2.  C6-7 Broad based posterior disc bulging with posterior endplate spurring.  The disc bulge and posterior spurring is asymmetric toward the right side.  There is also bilateral uncovertebral joint hypertrophy.  These changes narrow the anterior and posterior subarachnoid spaces creating mild spinal canal stenosis along with moderate to severe right and moderate left neural foraminal stenosis.  There is no focal disc protrusion.

3. C5-6 same but with bilateral uncovertebral joint hypertropy. Additionally, reference to disc bulge and spondylosis narrowing both anterior and posterior subarachnoid spaces creating mild spinal canal stenosis.

Answer
Dee,
Are you having trouble with your right hand?  Do you have any numbness or tingling or pain shooting down your arms yet?

You basically have a couple of discs that are out of place and bulging due to misaligned cervical vertebrae.
I would like to see the pictures of your MRI with my own eyes and you can send them to my email at  [email protected]
If you could also include your town and state then I would be in a better position to help you.
Unless your doctor knows how to correct this without surgery, then there is nothing that your doctor can do here.  You will more than likely need to go to a specialist that can help to correct the cause of your condition.
Send me the films and then we can go from there, and if you have any cervical xrays please send those too.
Yours in Best Helath,
