Question
hello i have had two operations on my back , the 2nd operation was this past may 2nd.  I go to thearpy, I have had numbness in the feet and when they bend my legs they ask if I can feel it in the hamstrings I feel nothing, they said it could be nerve damage.  Also Iam not feeling bad sometimes when I do thearpy but when I get home about an hour later I get lifeless and go to sleep I get so weak.  I really get lifeless, I automatically fall asleep and sometimes cannot move to get up.    Is this all because of my disc.                thank you.       diana

Thanks for writing!

NO, this is not all because of your disc. There is a reason you had to have the second operation and that reason is nutritional and Water intake.

How many prescription drugs are you on? Those deplete your body of nutrition and can cause these symtoms.

Immediately increase your water intake. For instance, if you weigh 150 lbs, dringk 75 ounces of water per day, filtered or spring water, not tap water. Tea and coffee and soda do not count toward this total, just water.

I would also suggest that you seek profesional counseling on your food intake. The Great American Diet is lacking in all types of nutrition and creates many problems.

Go to www.sorsi.com , www.icak.com or www.soto-usa.com and see if you can find a good chiropractor near you. Ask them if they do nutritional counseling before you make an appointment. The proper supplements would help a lot, as well as an improvement in your diet.
