Question
Thanks for being available.
My C5 is set in from the C4 and C6.
Is there anyway that this can be realigned please.
I know my whole spine is like a snake slithering in the grass ,But the C5 being where it is drives me nuts and really does interfere with my well being.
Many thanks in advance Steve

Answer
Hi, Steve,

Bones go where muscles pull them.  One or more displaced vertebrae usually indicates muscular contraction in the cervical spine. [This paragraph addresses your C5 displacement.]

That can be retrained by somatic education, so that muscles maintain healthy alignment and movement, instead of unhealthy misalignment.  [This paragraph answers your question about how C5 can be realigned.]

Please see my article on whiplash injuries at somatics.com/page4b.htm. [This paragraph offers you more information and access to an effective course of action.]

with regard,
Lawrence Gold
