Question
I was climbing  on a rail it about 3 feet off the floor at work and my foot slip and I fell back on rigtht side injuried myself I had a MRI done and this what the foound degenerative changes with hypenrophoic change at C4-C5 small anterior osteophytes at C4-5 and C5-6,Disc space narrowing at C5-6 bulge of 1-2 mmat C5-6 Cervical radiculopathy,C4-5 and C5-C6 Disc space narrowing at C5-6 bulge of1-2mm atC5-6 Crevical L4-5 Disc pro.L4-S1 Disc pro. Can you see a strain on a x-xray.I'm trying to approve my case I have MRI and they say it not enough envidence how can prove the injury I did the MRI after injury and still can go to work yet. Help please give me advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have a lawyer they say it to late I have to be my on lawyer.

X-Rays will show hard tissue (bone)  and MRI will show soft tissue (nervous tissue, muscle, glands, organs).  So your MRI should show some muscle tearing if that indeed occurred.  If you have not settled on any case, it is never too late to get a lawyer.  Have you tried to call a lawyer yet?  It sounds to me like you may have had some pre-existing degeneration and aggravated it from this injury.  That still means that you were injured and are worse off after having sustained that injury, so you should have a case.
You can send me the pics from the MRI and I'll see what I can do for you, but it sounds like you need to hire an attorney and a doctor as well.
