Question
I need to know? T-6 It was bulging.  Past 6 mos.has been getting worse. Saw new doctors in town. (I recently moved)And t-5-6 got decompressed. I know it's the right spot. I felt this snap 25 yrs ago. Is it possible for these nerves that aren't pinched anymore to ever calm down? I realize I should trust my doctors. But I'm affraid of this getting more inflamed. My ribcage won't stop throbbing. What's your oppinion on this region of the back?

Answer
Judy,
If you want my opinion about the situation you are going through in regards to your Thoracic Spine, then here it is:

Spinal Decompression helps people to feel a little better (just like many other things out there), but does nothing for your long term health.  Actually, I have seen many patients come to my St Louis Clinic looking for answers and help after having been through that route before.

THE ONLY way that you will get better from any condition, is when what's causing your condition goes away.  Spinal decompression does not locate and correct the cause of your ill health, and therefore can never help you to get well.

I do not have a decompression unit in my office, even though it is "the latest technology" and the latest hot item that many chiros are involved with.

When someone has a bulging disc, anywhere in the spine, it is the effect of a spinal misalignment, or multiple spinal misalignments.
