HI RUSTY,FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS NOW WEN THE WEATHER CHANGES MY FINGERS ITCH USUALLY LITTLE ONE,AND I SCRATCH AN AFTA FEW DAYS GOES AWAY,BUT THIS YEAR LITTLE FINGER ITCHED AND SWOLLEN AND MY OTHER FINGERS SWELLING AND ITCHY,AND FINDING PAINFUL 2 CURL FINGERS???

I am not sure what this is. You need to see your doctor as soon as possible. It could be some form of arthritis but it could be caused by some other underlying condition. Swelling in your hands or feet can be symptoms of some simple things as well as some serious conditions.
