for almost 2 and a half years now am having painonly on my right shoulder,back,breast and pain radiating to the hands.i am not having any severe pain but always some sort of burning or feeling of pain.could you pls tell me what should i do

This may be just a disc in your neck or something more urgent, without seeing a doctor face to face and getting a complete exam, I would be incompetent to attempt an accurate diagnosis with such limited information. I do however believe your symptoms warrant further immediate work-up. Please get it checked out ASAP!
