Question
My doctor can't seem to decide between lupus and RA. I have arthritic changes that were seen on x rays on my hands, feet, knees, and neck. I am seronegative. My bloodowork is all normal. I didn't think lupus did damage and so wouldn't be seen on x rays. I am confused.

Answer
Kimber,

I am sorry but I can not help you. This is a question between you and your doctor.

Both RA and Lupus can do noticeable damage to joints.
