Answer
Dear Lanz

This Orthopedic Chicago Podiatrist located in West Loop 60661,Roscoe Village 60618, Ukranian Village 60622, Elmhurst 60126 & Bartlett 60103 says...

The photo shows what appears to be mild compensatory scoliosis secondary to limb length inequality.
In English-your spine has adjusted itself to compensate for what appears to be the right leg a little longer than the left.
Hope this helps & Good Luck!
