Question
It's 13:30PM fell asleep early this eve, woke @ 10:30, with this constant pain in my hip area. Not a sharp pain like a knife, but rather this all around pain that I can't seem to really locate, nor find a position for it to go away so I can fall back asleep, I eventually did ,fatigue set in LOL  but alas @ 33o I'm awake again and so is the pain.
I did nothing on sunday to upset this either, no real physical activity to speak of??

Answer
Hi Robert,

Hard to say. If there is no obvious swelling or pain when you walk try a heating pad in the area once or twice a day if possible, certainly before going to bed and see what happens.

If you can and are able take some sort of over the counter medicine if needed for pain like aleve etc... any questions here check with your doctor especially if you have GI problems.

If the pain continues after one week or you do not see signs of improvement go to an orthopedic to have them check it out.

Good Luck.
Let me know how you make out here.
