Question
i got my MRI scan done and the report shows that 1-marked loss of lumbar lordosis noted mostly due to muscle spasm.
2-partial desiccation almost of all intervertebral disks is noted due to early dehydration and degeneration associated with anterior osteophytic spurs formation especially of L3 and L4 vertebral bodies.
3-L3-4 interspace:no disk pathology is seen.
4-L4-5 interspace:mild diffuse annular disk bulging indenting thecal sac, both nerve roots and encroaching upon both exit foramina.
5-The conus medullaris and filum terminale appear normal and the pre and paraspinal regions do not show any demonstrable pathology.
please give me advice and solution for this problem.

Answer
Hello Shumain,
Toronto Spinal decompression patient seek answers to the same e questions, so thank you so much for writing to me with this important question.  The partial dessication you are suffering from the entire lumbar spine is as the report says due to early dehydration and degeneration.  I suggest that you obtain Disc Renewal Plus. You can read up more about it at www.backclinics.ca . AS for the mild diffuse annular disk bulge at the L4-5 interspace I would urge you immediately to go to a clinic like Back Clinics of Canada and determine if you are a candidate for Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression as well as class 4 laser to assist with the healing of this disc problem.  Our clinical success is over 92% of qualified patients. Its a breakthrough to the treatment of this condition and best of all its non-surgical and doesn't require any drugs!

Hope this helps,
Can you please take a moment out to rate this answer and consider to nominate me as volunteer of the month!

Good luck,
Dr. Ron Nusbaum
