Answer
Spinal Decompression Toronto patients ask your question daily! Hello Ishaq, and thank you for your question and greetings from Canada. Well, I would like to make some suggestions regarding the results of your x-ray and details you shared with me regarding your weight training. It is possible that overhead weight training could possibly cause traumatic compressive forces down your spine and may account for your back pain as well as the mild irregularity with the sclerotic changes of your spine. These are my suggestion:
1. Speak with your Chiropractor to undergo a full examination and determine if he believes that your weight training may perhaps be too intense at this time and is responsible for this problem. If he agrees then you should work together to determine alternate forms of workouts with appropriate weight loads so as not to accelerate the condition.
If this is in fact the cause of your back pain I suggest that you consider the next suggestions:
2. Consider to undergo non-surgical spinal decompression which has unprecedented success with treatment of problems exactly like the one we are speaking about.

It is a total pleasure to correspond with you regarding this question.

Please kindly take a moment out and rate my answer and also please nominate me as volunteer of the month.
Keep me poster Ishaq!
