Question
Is chiropractic method coverd by health care?

Do docters agree with the chiropractic method?

What is the origin of the chiropractic method?

Answer
Jen,

Chiropractic is covered by most all health care plans, if that individual plan contains chiropractic benefits.  Medicare and Medicaid both pay for chiropractic as do all State Work Comp plans to my knowledge.

I cannot answer for all doctors as to whether they agree with chiropractic or not.  I can say that I have quite a number of referrals from medical doctors, dentists, etc..  You would have to speak with each doctor individually to determine what they agree with or not.  I will say that there are a lot of "traditional" medical procedures that I do not agree with because they do not work, yet, many of them are still performed on a regular basis.

Chiropractic originated in 1895 from a man named B.J. Palmer.  I recommend that you do a search on the web on chiropractic history and this should provide you with some answers.

If you have any more questions, let me know.
