After being a chiropractor

Question
Hi, my question is after going through chiropractic school and practicing for a period of time what other options are there for a chiropractor. In other words, if being in practice 'gets old' and one doesn't want to continue with that, what else can a chiropractor do with his/her d.c. degree? Thanks, Jim

Answer
Jim,

Thanks for the question. I have considered this myself.  A DC would have only a few options. There is teaching, or research. Otherwise, it would be like a lot of professional jobs, one would have to "switch" careers and do something else.  I personally have several interests that I may want to go into some day.   But for now, I am content with my practice.

I hope this helps.
