Question
Can chiropractic methods help ease my shoulder pain?  Which method is best?  Also have numbness in hands went at rest or sleeping.  No nuro problem and xray basically ok.
Age 59, non smoker.

Thanks for the question.

Chiropractic has proven to be very effective in treating shoulder condition which are soft tissue in nature.  Often times when I see a shoulder problem and there is numbness in the hands, there is an underlying cervical spine condition as well.  I recommend seeing a chiropractor for a consult to see if help can be achieved through chiropractic.  

As I said, I have gotten very good results over 14 years of practice with your type of condition.
