Lower Left Rib Pain

Question
Hi since about the Beginning of Sept I have had pain right below my ribs on the left hand side. Pain got alot worse and started to hurt both my back, groin, hamstrings, and hip. I went to 2 doctors both said I had a pulled muscle. So in Oct,it still hurt so I went to a orthopedic surgeon who referred me to surgeon and to get CT scan. Got CT Scan, came back negative other than cyst on kidney. Surgeon said it probably a muscle pull and will get better.
Well its been 2 months and still have some pain. I had been stretching running and last week while stretching I heard my lower ribs pop. When they popped I felt alot better but its back to hurting. Any advice? How long does most ab pulls/groin pulls take to heal?

Answer
Hello Tyler,

You may want to try chiropractic treatment.  Doctors of chiropractic specialize in the biomechanics of the spine and all joints of the body.  Subluxations (bones out of place) or the vertebrea or joints can cause radicular pain (radiating pain)to different areas in the body.  Adjustments wil restore the proper motion of the joint and reduce tension on the nerves.

Have a great day,
