Question
I am taking blood pressure medicine for a year, but it still goes up. I have read, that neck adjustment, which I need in lower cervical vertebraes, might help. Antalgic-Trak and neck ultrasound did not help.
I also had tried chiropractor for hands arthritis with no luck.
Would you recommend anyone in Nashville, TN?
Thank you

Answer
I don't currently know anyone in TN.  There are studies out of the University of Chicago that show that a specific type of neck adjustment can help high blood pressure.  Reading the study, it is one of two types of adjustment:  Toggle or Atlas Orthogonal.  Either one would be an excellent approach to see if adjustment can help.
