Can having a difference of 6 m on the left side of pelvis affect fertility, and what would usualyl cause this. Seen a chriopractor who says he can realign, but is this caused by a serious medical condition

Please provide more details.  Do you mean the left pelvis or the hip joint being 6 meter or 6 millimeter lower than the right?  

Either case, it should not affect your fertility.  However, it may cause low back or hip pain since there is an imbalance of pressure to the leg and low back.  The cause of the unequal measurement could be due to postural or genetic (born with it).
