Question
sir, what are more common causes of shoulder drooping? and the rare causes?how can we go for the diagnosis?

Answer
Mahesh,

That is actually a posture check that we do in our office which corresponds to the C2 Vertebra or The Axis bone located at the top of your neck.  So, unless you had a direct injury to the shoulder or the muscles, tendons, ligaments which support the shoulder joint, then you may very well have an Upper Cervical Subluxation.
If you want to have this checked out, then you will have to go to an Upper Cervical Specific Doctor.  Since there are not many of these in the world, it is sometimes hard to find one that does this work properly and is indeed a specialist and expert in the field.
If you would send me your town and state, I can try to locate a specialist that should be able to help you.
