Hello Alan Price,

Sorry to hear of your leg pain.

Your description/ question is very short; if my answer does not suffice, please add more information if you re-contact me here at AllExperts.com :

"....im always sick with pain...."; you are always hurting?  Have you been evaluated by your treating doctor(s)?
I see you are contacting AllExperts.com from the United Kingdom, so you have excellent health care there at no cost (unlike the American free market system).  I would like to see results of Xrays/ MRI/ CT/ Dx Ultrasound/ blood tests.  What is the Diagnosis they have given you?

".....im in bed now and cannot move for agony........",  THAT much pain needs attention.  Perhaps the Hospital Emergency Room can evaluate you and give you (at least) a 'quick fix' to the pain.

"....i had pains in both my legs like in the calve region feels like an on going cramp...i cannot walk and kills me to put feet to floor so im craling along.....";  your pain can be from so many different causes.

Remember--- pain is a symptom.  Pain is the last thing that comes in a problem.  Pain comes AFTER damage has been done.

Pain needs to be evaluated- not just covered up with a painkilling medication.

Pain in the legs?- Calves? could be many things- you need the hands on, in person, examination by a licensed health care practitioner.

Pain could be from an anti-cholesterol drug.  Many Statins can cause musculo-skeletal pain.

Pain could be from a clot somewhere- odd to be bilateral, but it is possible.

This pain could be from simple dehydration.  Do you NOT drink a lot of water?  do you drink a lot of alcohol or caffeinated beverages?

The pain could be from a herniated disc in your lower back.

The pain could be a Peripheral Arterial Disease.

The pain could be a diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

There are many possibilities as to the cause of your complaint.

My recommendation: see a local Doctor for an evaluation.

Get to the cause of the pain, rather then just relieving the pain without knowing what the problem is.

I hope this helps, I hope this motivates you to visit the doctor as soon as possible.
