Question
I've been having terrible mid back and rib cage pain for the past couple
year...I do have scolosis ..which was noticed when I was in 5th grade and
I'm only 21 years old but I feel 80...I can just sit the wrong way and
that's it my back and ribs are in so much pain...I was a in dance in
highschool and I think that was a contributing factor to making it
worse..but what is this pain?? Do I have some kind of underlining
diesease?...I have also noticed over the years my ribs swifting..one is
now bigger than the other....what should I do?

Answer
you answered the question already. You have scoliosis! scoliosis causes the spine and ribs to move out of place from one side to the other. as a child i had severe scoliosis. i was under chiropractic care 3 times a week for 4 months , then twice a week for another year until it was straightened. if you had it fixed when you found out you had it then you wouldn't be going through this. imagine what you will feel like in 10 or 20 years if you don't deal with this NOW!
make sure you stsy on top of this problem and that you do all your stretches given to you by your chiropractor. it is very important to deal with this now while you are young. i can't stress that enough.
ell me what city you are in and i can try to get you a quality doctor.
