ANSWER: Vikram,

I don't have enough clinical information to properly advise you on a specific course of action. Based on the information you were able to provide to me, I recommend seeing a chiropractor for further evaluation (bring your MRI with you, if you have it), to determine if spinal manipulation or mobilization or some other therapeutic approach would be appropriate for you.

Alternatively, you might ask your family physician for a referral to a physical therapist for further assessment as well.

QUESTION: I do not have very much pain &I am alone in this country plz tell me that could sacro illiatic problem can treated compleatly with drugs & medicine

Answer
Vikram,

Medication for sacro-iliac joint pain typically involves the use of anti-inflammatory medications; medical physicians often prescribe drugs because there is nothing else they can offer, apart from a prescription for physical therapy.

However, sacro-iliac joint dysfunction typically responds well to spinal manipulation.

Again, I recommend that you see a doctor of chiropractic for further evaluation and to discuss the possibility of treatment options.

I hope this answers your question.
