My nero surgery is not hopeful at all. He wants surgery he said or
I will be in a wheelchair.My spine is narrowing. My neck pain c4,c5 numbness in hand ,shoulder. I have tried heat, ice no relief. what else can I do to help this with out surgery

there are many other things you should try before surgery. shame on your surgeon for not suggesting them first.
1: cold laser therapy with gentle chiropractic care. i deal with cases like yours everyday. We have a lot of success in most cases. it certainly can't hurt to try. it may take 8-10 weeks , but give it a chance.
