Mysterious back pain!!!!

Question
Ok so im a 21 year old male. For a year now I been experiencing a very annoying and frustrating back issue that has progressed to a point that its unbearable. It started out when I would quickly twist it would feel like a quick pinch in my right mid back that was literally breath taking. Eventually got to where I could sit for awhile and the same pinch feeling would come about after I raised up with a massive muscle spasm. I am a mixed martial artist and there was never a moment that specifically stood out that would cause this injury. The problem is this has been long term! I have had over 22 chiropractic visits that only brought short relief. My chiropractor was Brock Lesnars chiro so I know he very well knew what he was doing. I have had 3 x rays on my rib cage, two ct scans on my upper and lower internal organs, an mri on my thoracic and lumbar spine, accupunture, message therapy, phisical therapy and absolutely nothing shows up in my tests all is negative.O yeah not to mention a partial lung clapse which ruled out pleurisy. I can do yoga stretches and techniques that bring immediate relief but 3 or 4 minutes later the emuscles ball back up and the pain is back. I respond great to anti inflam meds sometimes not as good as other times since I build a tolernace. Im just stuck in a position where idk what to do next I have taken weeks off and rested but even the countless days of resting the area never heals or improves! Ice,heat, meds blah blah done it all is there any idea what this may be?

Answer
It's really hard to say why this keeps recurring unless it is due to your training/weightlifting technique. I first thought of a ribhead being "out" or dysfunctional but that could be helped with chiro treatment. You could consider seeing a pain management doctor that can do a trigger point injection in the muscle. I would also consider "post herpetic pain" which results in nerve pain that lingers after a case of the shingles virus (you would have had shingles or the chicken pox). Also consider laser therapy to the region for awhile if you have not already.

Good Luck
