PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT i CAN DO....THANKS
Answer -
yes. yes. no. pain is a warning there is something wrong, in other words, your back isn't supposed to hurt. aspirin use has been associated with gastric bleeding and other vascular problems and there have been recent reports of a possible link between regular aspirin intake and pancreatic cancer. wether or not these things occur, one thing is certain-neither aspirin, nor any other drug, corrects the cause of your problem, and unless you do that, you will naturally get worse with time. the cause of the problem in most all cases is nerve interference which originates in the NECK due to a misaligned first cervical (atlas) vertebra impinging the spinal cord. the solution is to correct this misalignment and keep it corrected. for this i recommend you consult an HIO METHOD chiropractor. i would accept no substitutes.
Answer -
the cause is neck muscle strain. HIO METHOD is a precise method of analysis and correction of the uppermost neck vertebra to alleviate nerve interference. there are relatively few chiropractors, for various reasons, who use this method, but i would not settle for anything else, neither for my patients or for my own healthcare.

while many non-aspirin pain relievers tend to be easier on the stomach, they tend to be harder on the liver in a way which makes them more a concern regarding toxicity. understand i am not telling anyone to take or not to take drugs, it's their choice. it's just that choosing to take drugs and polluting one's body with toxic chemicals while you also get worse naturally instead of correcting the cause when this can easily be done seems to me a stupid choice, but that's just my opinion. i know that if people knew that the cause was easily correctable, few would make such a choice. unfortunately very few people find the truth about the cause, and many fewer possess the skills to correct it.
Answer -
i can tell you what you need-what you're supposed to get, but that all too often isn't what they are going to give you. this is why i recommended you seek out an HIO METHOD chiropractor. from this type of doctor you can expect x-ray, examination focusing on evidence of your nerve interference pattern, and side-posture toggle adjustment of your upper neck as needed. in regard to putting toxic substances in your body, do you actually think any amount is good? i can't tell you exactly how much aspirin it might take and how often before it might eat a hole through someone's stomach so that they hemorrhage, or how much acetaminophen they would require before going into liver failure. these are, of course, extreme cases, but why would you suppose any amount is good? haven't you had enough of playing with the effects/symptoms of your problem so you're ready to finally correct the cause? why would you want to go to a so-called chiropractor who repeats the same failed approach in the course of trying to play at being a medical doctor? the cause is simple. the correction is simple. the TRUTH is simple. complexity often serves to conceal ignorance and deceit. are you ready for the truth?

Answer
i cannot tell you how many visits over what span of time will be recommended. correction is a process. if i saw you i would likely check you twice a week for three weeks, then once a week for three weeks, then once in two weeks for four weeks, then once after three weeks, then every four weeks for a few months. total about fifteen visits for acute corrective care. i don't want people who aren't interested in getting well, but only want temporary symptom relief. they can go get therapy- drugged, popped, rubbed, zapped, perforated, stretched, heated, chilled, etc. elsewhere, if that's all they're interested in. you will need to be re-corrected when neck strain causes re-subluxation, hopefully not more often than every few months.
