Answer
Thank you for your question.

A search of the medical literature on PubMed search revealed one article describing temporary pain relief for pain associated with scapular winging in breast cancer patients who underwent mastectomy (removal of the breast) when used with other therapies, notably steroid injections (The effect of mastectomy and radiotherapy for breast carcinoma on soft tissues of the shoulder and its joint mobility among Egyptian patients. Tanzan Health Res Bull. 2007 May;9(2):121-5).

I am unfamiliar with low-level laser treatments as a usual treatment modality for scapular winding. For other musculoskeletal problems, however, low-level laser treatments seem to have generally positive results and is quite non-invasive.

I hope that this helps to answer your question. I wish you the very best of luck in your treatment.
