Question
I have had two episodes of sacroiliac dysfunction. The first time I had it manipulated, about two years ago,I had a 95% success rate. Recently, the symptoms returned. However this time after manipulation I am still experiencing pain in my thigh when walking even a short distance. The pain seems to move around and sometimes my knee aches.I have no pain when sitting or doing housework etc.
Should I return to the chiropractor, exercise the muscles or rest? Thank you.

Answer
I cannot give you adivce on whether or not to stretch it or what to do exactly because you haven't told me how it hapenned. In general, you would need to see the chiropractor 2 or 3 x a week for a few weeks not 1 time. Yes, go back and see him and ask him what he recommends based on your injury. good luck and write me back if this doesn't resolve in 4-6 weeks.
