Question
I made a MRI of the lumber spine, the report said:
L4-L5 posterior and right posterolateral ( foraminal ) disc protrusion.


help me and send your advices and your solve for that.

I do not know if there are any chiropractic doctors or bonesetters in Egypt. Do you know of any? If so, I would suggest you consult with them.

Increasing your water intake is always a good idea in situations like this.

There is also a great book on back pain and injury. It is available on Amazon or any book seller. It is written by Dr. Batmanheldji, "How to deal with back pain and rheumotoid joint pain". It shows some positioning procedures one can use at home, completely safe and very effective. I recomend you get a copy of that and read it. Do what the pictures show you to do. It will help you greatly.
