Question
I have a muscle/nerve type pain on the left had side of my neck that sometimes spreads to the back of my shoulder, it affects me most when im in the gym weightraining especially when doing high reps ,i think is been cause by wear and tear and poor form working out, can a chiropractor help me, its not a sharp pain and it affects me most when doing bicep exercises.

Answer
A chiropractor will help in general, but the discomfort will not miraculously disappear.  It sounds like it is a strained muscle that keeps getting worse with working out, it could be due to improper form and excess working out without adequate recoop time.  With adjustments from a chiropractor and proper rehabilitation, the discomfort will decrease. If you are in Minnesota near the Twin Cities, I would be more than happy to see you.  If you do not have a chiropractor, I belong to a group of great chiropractors located all over the US, Canada and Europe.  Go to www.sorsi.com to locate a doctor near you, or you can email me with any other questions or concerns or assist you in locating a doctor.  Good Luck!!
