Is Surgery Needed ?

Question
I have lower left back pain along with both leg's. My treatments thus far: PT, Message (both for 1yr),(3) Injections, Rhizotomy and most recent a Discography. None of these have relieved me of my pain in my back & leg's. My MRI Impression states: Broad-based posterior and right paracentral disc bulge at L5-S1 is adjacent to and may just barely abut the right S1 nerve root as it exits the thecal. No nerve root displacement. The disc buldge extends into both neuroforamen but does not definitely abut either of the L5 nerve roots.

Answer
ACH,
Treatments only attempt to work with the effect of your problem, and that is why treating something will NEVER help you to get truly well.
In our Specific Work we have seen that surgery is actually needed on very rare circumstances and only after more conservative and logical approaches have been thoroughly exhausted.
The outcomes of spinal surgery are not very good, and I am being generous here.  I have yet to meet one patient that has had spinal surgery and is happy with their decision to do so.
I can help you by recommending a Specific Doctor that will locate and correct the cause of your problem which will give you the best opportunity to get truly well.
If a doctor merely treats symptoms, what sort of outcomes would you expect?  Of course they are very limited at best.
Without Harmful drugs, radiation, or surgery, this specially trained Doctor will be not only be able to locate and measure the cause of your problem but actually help correct it.
Just send me your town and state and allow me a couple of days to find you a Doctor that I can wholeheartedly recommend to you.

Yours in Best Health,
